Shipping policy

During the global public health pandemic, shippers have almost tripled their rates. KAILU is absorbing as much of the higher fees as possible, but we must ask our customers to cover a small portion of it when they spend under $600 USD. Thank you for your understanding in these extraordinary times. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands is calculated by our carrier. 

International shipments are calculated by our carrier, and may result in additional taxes and duties. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are not refundable.

Expedited shipping is calculated by our carrier.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIME

Order processing: 24 to 48 hours

Standard shipping: 7 to 10 business days

If we need to split your order into multiple shipments, we'll send you a tracking number for each shipment. 

Currently, all items shipped with standard shipping are automatically being sent with expedited shipping in order to compensate for COVID-19 shipping delays. Please contact us at hello@kailusilk.com if you require an item to be arrive in fewer than 7 business days, and we will try to accommodate.

DELIVERY RISKS

All items purchased from KAILU are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In-stock items usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after you place an order. Contact us within one (1) hour if there is an issue. If your order has not yet shipped or is on backorder, we will accept cancellations. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you will need to return any unwanted items and be responsible for shipping and restocking fees. Custom and special-order items cannot be canceled.
